4 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1-1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp nutmeg
2 Cups shredded carrots
1 Cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; add sugar and cream together well. Add oil and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and mix in. Add carrots and nuts. Bake at 350 for one hour.

Frost wtih cream cheese frosting.
