2 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
4 Cups thinly sliced apples
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Cup nuts
1tsp Vanilla
1tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Sift and mix dry ingredients together. Add all the rest. Mix with a spoon (Do not use mixer, as the batter will become stiff). Bake in a greased and floured 9X13 pan at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.

Needs no frosting.
