Bean sprouts, fresh
Garbanzo beans
Black beans
Mung beans
Lentils
Azuki beans
Sunflower seeds
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Red onions
Olives
Celery
Radishes

Spike seasoning
Lawry's seasoned salt
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Wine vinegar
Fresh lemon
Parsley
Basil or cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Shred carrots. Combine with bean sprouts and beans and sunflower seeds.

Slice cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, olives, celery and radishes, etc.

Toss with garlic granules, Spike, and a bit of Lawry's seasoned salt, salt and pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar, squeeze of fresh lemon, fresh chopped parsley, basil or cilantro.

Refrigerate - clean greens (Clyde's lettuce or something as good) red and green leaf lettuce. Place on top of marinated vegetables and beans.

Keep refrigerated till ready to serve and toss from bottom to top.
