2 cups of sugar
16 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup of butter
5 1/2 slices of bread, set out overnight to dry ( or buy bread
crumbs)
2 tbsp of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Tear dried bread into small pieces. Cream sugar and butter. Add
pineapple with juice. fold in beaten eggs and bread. Place in a 12
x 8 inch buttered pan. Spread milk over the top.
