4 cups cooked, rinsed, and cooled Macaroni
2 stalks - diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp of mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small onion - chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 hardboiled eggs
tuna or ham
cheese (Mom always used Velvetta Cheese)
peas

Directions:
Directions:
Toss macaroni, celery, sliced eggs, tuna or ham, cheese, onion, and peas. Stir together mayo, mustard, pepper, vinegar, and salt. Add to above.
