2 lb Pork Tenderloin
1 Lb. Bacon
1 Lb. Mushrooms
1 Jar black Currant Jelly
1 1/2 Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Pork into 1/2 inch Slices, dip both sides in flour and saute. The saute mushrooms and bacon, chopped. Place everything in cover skillet add salt and pepper to taste. Add currant jelly. Simmer 30-45 Minutes. Add cream just before serving.
