Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
stick of margarine
2/3 cup of coconut
4 tablespoon pineapple juice
Pineapple pieces cut thin and small

Directions:
Directions:
While cake is baking.
Cream butter with brown sugar. Add coconut and pineapple juice. When cake is baked - Spread immediately with mixture and then spread thinly sliced pineapple on top. Broil until slightly toasted -
Serve with Whipped Cream.

Another one of mom's favorite recipes. She usually used a yellow cake with this frosting.
