1-1/2 cups salad oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups unpeeled, cored, chopped Wine sap apples
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a large tube pan, or 9x15-inch sheet pan. Combine oil and sugar; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together and add to egg mixture. Add vanilla; mix well. Fold in apples and pecans. Bake in preheated oven for 60-70 minutes if baking in tube pan, or 45 minutes of baking in sheet pan.
