Directions:
Put first 3 ingredients in the crockpot. I add a little beef stock and let it cook all day. Shred it up in the juices about 1/2 hour before you eat and then serve it on hoagies with cheese of your choice (we use provolone) and put under broiler until cheese is melted and bun is slightly toasted. Also very tasty wrapped in a tortilla with melted cheese.

We recently received this recipe from a friend and really enjoy the flavor of this easy meal. Both girls also eat it well without peppers on their toasted sandwich. So Yummy!
