2 lbs chicken thighs
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp cold water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shoyu
1/4 cup vinegar
1 clove garlic
1-1/2 tsp ginger (fresh)
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken and bake for 2 to 2-1/2 hours at 300.
