1 cup self-rising corn meal
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
1 (8-1/2 ounce) can cream-style corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease an 8-inch heavy iron
skillet, and heat in oven until piping hot. Combine all
ingredients, mixing well. Pour batter into hot skillet and
bake 25 to 30 minutes.
