Ingredients:  
Deboned, skinless chicken thighs or pork chops.
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Mayo
Panko

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Coat with mayo and roll in panko.
Preheat oven to 350.
Bake 45 minutes uncovered (if doing pork chops and they are thick bake for 1 hour.)
*No need but I turn over once in the last 15 minutes or so.
