3/4 to 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Linguine noodles, cooked
4 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. melted butter
1c. heavy cream
1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute shrimp, garlic, and mushrooms in 4 tbsp. melted butter until done. Meanwhile, combine 1/2 c. melted butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese in small saucepan and heat. Combine shrimp mixture and cooked linguine noodles. Pour sauce over and toss gently. Serve immediately.
