1 clove garlic
1 med onion, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
3 tomatoes, peeled
1 gr pepper, seeded
4 raw eggs
1/8 ts[ salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup tomato juice
option 1 avacado, peeled and cubed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put first 6 ingredients (and the avacado) in the blender and whirl smooth.
2. Add next five and blend.
3. Chill. Before serving garnish with bread crumbs, cucumber cubes, gr pepper slices, onion or avacado.
