1 Box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick margarine (melted)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Chop and press 1/2 to 1 cup pecans into first layer.

Beat 1 lb. box confectioners sugar, 8 oz cream cheese and 3 large eggs together. Pour over 1st layer and bake 50 min at 350
