4 1/2 cups hot water
2 tbsp. instant yeast
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. crisco shortening
1/2 cup powered milk
10-11 cups white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Knead dough. Put into greased bowl. Let raise until double. Punch down. Raise again until double. Shape and put into 4 greased loaf pans. Raise 1 hour. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 8-10 minutes more
