2 3/4 cups warm water
2 tbsp. instant yeast
1/4 cup butter or oil
1/2 cup sugar or honey
1 tbsp. salt
5 cups whole wheat flour
1-2 cups white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except white flour into mixer. Mix well and let stand for 20 minutes. Add white flour and knead. Put into greased bowl. Cover and let sit until doubled. Shape into 2 loaves. Raise 35 minutes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
