Beef Drippings
Flour
Water
BV - The Beefer Upper (or bouillon)
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove cooked meat from pan. Add 2-3 T of flour to 2 cups of water and whisk together. Add flour mixture to beef drippings and heat, while whisking to avoid lumps. Add 2 tsp. of BV, and continue heating until mixture becomes bubbly and thickens. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add additional BV if necessary salt and pepper to taste.
