1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Rice Krispies
1-6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1-6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and syrup in saucepan. Bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Mix in Rice Krispies. Press in buttered 13x9x2 inch pan. Melt over hot (not boiling) water, the chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread over cereal mixture. Cool and cut into squares.

Mary Duley (My Mother-in-law) gave me her recipe. When Mary makes this candy before Christmas, she first multiplies the recipe by 6. She spreads foil across the kitchen table and puts butter all over the foil. She then pours the cereal mixture on the foil and presses with buttered hands. After spreading the topping and letting the candy set, she cuts the candy into squares and freezes until the holidays.
