25-30 cucumbers
8 onions
2 bell peppers
1/2 c. salt
5 c. vinegar
5 c sugar
2 Tbs. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. clover
2 Tbs. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers. Mix in salt and let stand 3 hours. Drain

Combine and heat - vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, cloves, and celery seed. Add cucumber mixture and heat. Pack into sterile jars and process in hot water bath for 5 minutes. Tighten lids and let seal.
