4 c. chopped celery OR carrots
2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. sugar
2 c vinegar
2 1/2 c. water (divided)
2 Tbs. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbs. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric
10-15 c. corn (raw)

Boil 5 minutes - celery, red peppers, bell pepper, onion, sugar, vinegar 2 c. water, salt, and celery seed.

Blend 1/2 c. water, flour, dry mustard, turmeric. Stir into boiled mixture and add corn. Boil 5 minutes.

Put into sterile jars and process in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
