In a saucepan bring enough water to cover eggs to a rapid boil. Gently add eggs (1 at a time). Cook 3-5 minutes, depending upon taste. Move pan to sink and add cold water to pot until the water has luke warm...if you don't the eggs will continue to cook in the hot water.
