1 c. crushed vanilla wafers (28 wafers; I needed more)
c. finely chopped blanched almonds or macadamia nuts (I used roasted almonds)
c. butter or margarine, melted

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 T. lemon juice
3 T. orange juice (I used 3 T orange juice concentrate with 3T water)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries with syrup, thawed
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 drops red food color (I didn't even do this)

Heat oven to 375. Melt butter in 8-inch springform pan in oven while oven is pre-heating. (I doubled the recipe and put in a 9x13 pan). Mix wafers & nuts in with the butter and press firmly into bottom of pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Beat sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and orange juice with mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add raspberries; beat on low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped cream and red food color. Pour over crust. Freeze at least 2 hours or until firm. Before serving, let stand at room temp about 15 minutes.
