1 lb ground beef
1/2 Cup chopped onion (1 medium onion)
1/2 Cup chopped sweet green pepper (1 small)
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp water
1 to 11/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce or pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet cook ground beef, onion and sweet pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes or has thickened enough.

Serve on kaiser rolls or hamburger buns.
