1 egg white, slightly beaten
2 Tbl. cold water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 t. ground cloves
1/4 t. allspice
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
4 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except pecans, mixing well. Set aside for 15 minutes. Add pecans and mix. Spread evenly on two greased cookie sheets. Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour. Immediately loosen pecans from sheets. Store in airtight container.
