Crust:
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup Crisco (8 tablespoons)
1/3 cup milk

Filling:
1 stick butter
2 - 16-ounce cans peaches, apples or fruit of choice
Cinnamon

Sauce:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water or drained juice

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix flour and Crisco until resembles corn meal. Add milk and set aside 10-15 minutes or until dough rises slightly. Roll out on waxed paper that has been dusted with flour.

Filling:
Melt butter in sheet cake pan in 350 degree oven. Set aside.
Drain peaches and reserve juice.

Sauce:
Place sugar and water or juice in a sauce pan and let come to a boil. Set aside.

To Assemble:
Roll dough into 1 piece rectangle, jellyroll style. Lay drained fruit on dough. Sprinkle cinnamon on peach and apple cobblers. Roll up like jellyroll. Cut into 1/2 - 1-inch slices and lay on top of melted butter. Pour sauce over; add reserved juice, if needed.for more liquid so will not be dry. Bake 350 degrees for about 40 - 50 minutes until browned. Watch carefully.
