1 package Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. Spinach
1/2 Lb Mushrooms
2 Cups Spaghetti Sauce
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 egg
2 T. Karen's Spaghetti Herb Mix
4 Oz. Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Lasagna noodles and drain. Layer noodles in 13 X 9 inch casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Next layer Spaghetti Sauce, layer Spinach, layer cottage cheese mixed with herbs and egg. Layer mushroom. Repeat layers until casserole full, ending with noodles followed by Spaghetti Sauce. Top with Shredded Cheese.

Bake 45 Minutes at 350*F, allow to bubble but do not overcook.
