2 lbs. yellow squash, sliced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 tbs. butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain. Mix squash with remaining ingredients except butter. Spoon into greased casserole dish; dot with butter pieces. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
