1 lb. asparagus 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 c. sliced almonds 1 tsp. lemon juice
Wash asparagus and cut into 1 inch pieces. Place asparagus pieces in a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil. Pour melted butter over and sprinkle with almonds. Fold foil into a packet and bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Remove from foil and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
