16 oz. wide egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans (15 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 c. water
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Brown ground beef and onion and drain. Combine noodles, beef, tomatoes, spices, water and cheddar cheese in quart casserole. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
