2 (29 oz.) cans of cling peach halves
1/2 c. Kahlua
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. tarragon white wine vinegar
2 sticks cinnamon
3 thin 4 inch strips each of orange and lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Drain 1 1/2 c. syrup from the peaches into a saucepan. Add all ingredients except peaches. Heat for 5 minutes. Add peaches and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate. Keeps for several weeks.

These are pretty served in a crystal champagne goblet as an accompaniment with pork or chicken.
