4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 to 1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and melted butter. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a shallow greased 2 qt. baking dish. For the topping, combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and pecans. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
