Topping:
1/2 Chopped nuts
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Sugar

Cake:
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Soda
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 peeled, cored sliced apple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix topping and set aside. Beat butter, add sugar and beat until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, add vanilla and mix. Stir together dry ingredients, add slowly to sour cream. Mix all ingredients. Pour half mixture in sprayed springform pan, layer half of apples and topping mix, pour other half cake mix on top and place apples and topping mix top. Bake for 30 minutes at 375*F. , cool well before removing from pan.
