1/2 C. Chopped Celery
1 Clove Garlic
2 T. Butter
2 Cans tomatoes
1/2 white wine
1/2 C. Parsley
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 pepper and thyme
1 lb. fish fillet, cut in 1 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery, and garlic in butter till tender. Stir in tomatoes, wine, parsley, thyme, pepper , and salt. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add fish and simmer 10 minutes or until opaque.
