1 Lb. Chicken Thighs
1 Cup Salsa - to taste
1 Cup sour Cream
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese





Directions:
Directions:
Cook Chicken in pan with 1/2 cup water until tender. Mix salsa and sour cream, pour on chicken and water. Stir well and heat through. Serve with cheese on top over rice or noodles.
