8 ounces sour cream
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic (or garlic salt to taste in a pinch)
1-2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Mix above ingredients together and add onions and cucumbers as desired.
