1 bottle Karo light syrup
2 C. sugar
2- 16 oz jars crunchy peanut butter
8 C. crispy rice cereal
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bag butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. MIx together karo syrup and sugar in a sauce pan slowly and bring to a boil until sugar melts. Take off heat and stir in peanut butter.
2. Stir in cereal 1 C. at a time and mix well.
3. Divide and press evenly into 2 greased 13 x 9 pans.
4. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in the microwave until melted and spread evenly over the mixture in the 2 pans. Cut squares while still warm and place them in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
Store in the refrigerator.

I usually 1/2 the recipe if I am making them only for us. This makes a really large amount of dessert! Good for a crowd.
