1 T. butter/margarine
1 T. Sugar
1 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
3 eggs well beaten
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 T butter/ margarine melted
2 c. shredded coconut

Cream together butter & sugar. Add flour, baking powder, salt. Mix until crumbly. Add of egg mixture and mix well. Spread into 8 square pan. Spread pineapple on top. Mix topping ingredients with remaining egg mixture. Mix well. Spread over top of pineapple. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350F. Cut into squares.
Yield: 2 Dozen
