2 egg whites, beaten stiff ¾ cup granulated sugar 10 drops food coloring 1 12 oz. pkg chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat egg white stiff. Add sugar slowly to egg whites. Stir in food coloring and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Put in oven – close door. Leave over night in oven. Store in tin to keep airtight. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR FOR ANYTHING UNTIL MORNING.
