cup margarine
cup peanut butter
cup sugar
cup brown sugar
1 egg (or egg whites or use egg substitute equal to one egg)
t. vanilla
t. baking soda
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the margarine and peanut butter. Add white and brown sugars. Stir in egg, vanilla, flour and baking soda. Place dough a teaspoon at a time onto cookie sheet, pressing each dab flat with a floured fork. Bake at 350 F. for 10 minutes.
Cool a minute or two before removing from the cookie sheet.
