2 egg whites (unbeaten) 1 c. Splenda 1 T. vanilla 1 t. nutmeg 1 lb. pecans Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients. Spread on a large well greased cookie sheet in a single layer or they will have to be separated. Bake 325 for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn over ½ way through. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
