1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 eggs, beaten
pie crust
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan and add sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, add beaten eggs, cornmeal, and vanilla. Cook until slightly thickened. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
