2 large chicken breasts
1/2 stick butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Reserved chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts, butter, and onion with enough water to use as broth later. Cook until tender. Remove chicken from broth and reserve broth to use later. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and place in bottom of a greased casserole dish. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can water and pour over chicken. Combine stuffing mix with enough reserved chicken broth to moisten. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes.
