thin white fish filets (Sole, Tilapia, etc)
flour
union/garlic salt
olive oil
shelled pistachios (optional: slivered almonds)
2 oranges and/or lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Buy a thin white fish filets at the market. Coat with flour and union/garlic salt. In a skillet, saute onions in hot olive oil. Add fish to hot pan. Throw in shelled pistachios. Squeeze two fresh oranges and/or lemon on top of the fish. Turn over fish, the bottom should be browned. Serve with sliced lemons and everything in the pan on top.
