2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm croutons
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9 x 13" glass baking dish.
Layer croutons, 1 c. cheese, bacon, and 1 c. cheese. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, and salt and pepper. Pour over above and refrigerate overnight. In the AM mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk. Pour over egg dish. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand 8 minutes before cutting.
