2 large eggs
2 c all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c milk
1/2 c oil
1 T sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat waffle iron. Beat eggs in a large bowl with hand beater or wire whisk unti fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Pour a scant 2/3 cup batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron. (check directions for your iron to see recommended amount of batter.) Close lid of waffle iron. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Serve immediately.
