10 oz. package frozen cream style corn
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp instant minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Place unopened corn pouch in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes to thaw. Heat 2 to 3 " of oil in skillet----combined thawed corn and remaining ingredients: stir until combined---Drop batter by Tablespoonfuls into hot oil---fry 2 to 3 moinutes or until golden brown---Drain on paper towel---TIP: Corn fritters can be served with maple syrup or sprinkled with powered sugar.
