8 oz. fresh green beans 1/2 cup lowfat milk 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. ground cumin 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1/2 cup lowfat ranch dressing
Heat Oven to 375º Grease baking sheet--Boil green beans 5 minutes--Rinse, Pat dry---Mix milk and egg in bowl---Mix bread crumbs, cumin in seperate bowl---Dip green bean into milk mixture, then into bread crumbs, Put into greased baking pan, Bake until brown----Serve with ranch dressing--
