1 liver (beef or chicken) 4 hard cooked eggs 2 medium onions Chicken Fat Salt Pepper
Fry onions in 2 T chicken fat until golden brown. Remove onions from skillet and fry liver until brown and all blood is removed. Use meat grinder and grind liver, onions and eggs. Add salt and pepper and enough chicken fat to moisten. Place in mold or use an ice cream scoop to serve liver on individual lettuce leaves. Serve with black or green olives.
