Streusel Topping:
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cold, unsalted butter
Cake:
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsalted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
2 c. fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare an 8" spring form pan, grease and line bottom w/ parchment. Mix together streusel topping flour, sugar & cinnamon. Cut butter in w/ a pastry blender- set aside. Mix flour, baking powder & salt -set aside. In mixing bowl cream butter, add sugar, beat until light & fluffy. Add egg & vanilla beat until incorporated. Add flour alternately with milk, beat only until combined. Spread batter into the bottom of prepared pan. Evenly arrange blueberries on top of cake batter. Sprinkle streusel topping on top. Bake @ 350 for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven cool slightly on wire rack use knife around sides, remove sides.
